November Be Active Challenge
During the month of November Staff at Sophia College are being encouraged to Be Active for mental health and wellbeing.
Some staff are taking up the "63 Squats a Day Challenge", to raise awareness about the 63 Australians who die by suicide every week.
While others will be setting their own challenges such as walking, swimming, running etc each day to improve their own wellbeing and raise awareness about the importance of exercise for positive mental health.
We hope to raise at least $273 to connect and help 7 people in crisis, because every call and test Lifeline answers could be another life saved.
By supporting us today, you will be helping Lifeline to answer the unprecedented number of calls for help from all across Queensland.
All donations over $2 are tax deductible and you will receive a tax receipt via email.
Thank you so much for supporting us and for supporting Lifeline Qld!
Please DONATE to help ensure all calls for help are answered and suicides prevented.
